The Black Diamond Distance poles have been redesigned to deliver ultimate lightweight performance when trekking or running in the mountains.

Delivering an optimum blend of lightness and durability, the aluminium construction is bolstered by a super light and comfortable EVA foam grip. The poles come with both carbide and rubber tech tips as well an ultralight run basket and a hiking basket for true verstaility. The FLZ model is fully adjustable with the quick and secure FlickLock® technology, helping you find the perfect length for maximum support and comfort.
